• Company: Dynecron S.A.S., headquartered in Quito, Ecuador.
• Service: the website dynecron.com, our own SaaS products, consulting, software and AI development services, and any other offering provided by Dynecron.
• User: natural or legal person accessing the Service.

Dynecron operates as a product-oriented venture studio providing custom software design and development, our own SaaS products, and co-built ventures with third parties. Scope, pricing and specific conditions of each engagement are defined in individual contracts or proposals signed with each client, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, the User agrees not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or bad-faith purposes.
• Attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, mass-scrape or abuse automated access.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (Dynecron brand, logos, text, source code, designs, documentation and related materials) is owned by Dynecron or its licensors and is protected by Ecuadorian and international intellectual property law. The User is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the Service for lawful informational and commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynecron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if Dynecron has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may contain links to third-party websites, APIs or services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools, cloud providers).
